App that finds images with missing alt text and allows grid edit (NOT AI driven)

I’m looking for an app that finds images with missing alt text on my entire website… (products, blogs, home page etc) and displays those images and lets me manually add alt text to them (all on one screen, so I can see all the images, add all the alt text and then hit “save” when finished).

I don’t want to use AI or formulas to generate this text. Or if it does, I want the ability to manually edit.

Does this exist?

Approximately how many files do you have?
What would be the most convenient way for you to edit the alt text?

I agree that a clear grid view is super helpful, especially for catching odd or duplicated alt text.

In my case, using Naper AI to generate the first pass and then reviewing in bulk has been a good balance between speed and manual control.
