Our store develops custom paints which are unique for each customer. For this reason we ask our customers to review the company / service as a whole, rather than the specific products. At the moment we are using Trustpilot.
But as we grow our business we are forced into their premium plans at EUR 319/month for 750 reviews, which honestly I find ridiculously expensive compared to apps such as Judge.me. Unfortunately those others apps only offer product-level review.
Any other app suggestions?
