I have a couple of Shopify websites on Shopify Plus. We have been using this with Auth.net for awhile now. I have Apple Pay enabled through Auth.net.
Lately, Apple Pay does not show up for orders with a subscription in them. Both on the product page and the checkout page. If I remove the subscription, Apple Pay will show in checkout.
This was definitely working, I found an order from March 31, 2023 with a subscription and paid using Apple Pay.
I am using Seal Subscriptions. Seal told me this would be a Shopify issue. Shopify support is telling me Apple Pay only works on subscriptions if I use it through Shop Pay, even though I sent them several order numbers showing this was working.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
This issue is happening on both of my websites. One of them is chamonix-skin-care.myshopify.com
