My store was closed done by shopify without any notice. Shopify says that we need to fill out a form in order to appeal their decision, but when I try to submit the form, it gives me the following error:

Happened to me last night as well. Received an email from Shopify saying that I’ve violated the policy hence my account has been disabled. No further explanation and when I submitted the dispute form. I got the same message
Its arbitrary the way they don’t warn you in case you are doing something by mistake, they don’t tell you the exact reason either… its like they have just a bunch of bots making arbitrary decisions and don’t care about their users for real…
