Hello everyone, I want to activate a discount code in Shopify that will provide a specific percentage discount on the total order amount for the entire store, except for one collection. In Shopify, there is no option to select a specific collection for the “Discount on Total Order Amount,” the option to select a specific collection is available only in “Amount Off Product.” Please let me know how I can generate a discount code that provides a discount on the total order amount for the entire store except for one collection.

I’d suggest do use the product discount. There you can select a percentage value as well as specific collections the discount can be applied to. Select all collections expect for that one you’ve mentioned. That should do the trick.
Yes, it is possible with a product discount, but the client’s requirement is for an order discount. Do you know of any third-party applications that can be used to perform this functionality?
