Hello!

We are looking to switch from Square Appointments to a new Appointment booking software and I would love to ask the community what is the best appointment app.

  1. Need to be able to create ongoing ‘Services’ and set up single-day Appointments (eg collect 1:1 appointments for a single day Designer Visit)
  2. Need easy checkout capabilities (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal checkout)
  3. Ability to add Meta Ads Pixel and Google Ads, GA4 conversion tracking to the appointment confirmation page.
  4. Add mandatory custom fields in the appointment signup form (eg Wedding Date, Budget Range).
  5. Embed widget on our Shopify pages?

I’m Ray from Easy Appointment Booking. We have a quick and easy way to create your appointments and designer visits. To answer your questions directly:

  • You can create single day or weekly/regular schedules for your events
  • Customers can pay online in advance for the booking with you. All payments are handled by Shopify (Apple, Google, Paypal, etc.) while the app takes care of the booking management
  • Events are created based on the Shopify product, so most of our customers use their existing ad targeting on the Shopify product. We also have a Google Analytics integration!
  • We have intake questions that can be made mandatory for those questions
  • Customers can book from a button or embedded on any Shopify page :slightly_smiling_face:
