Hello, we are in the business of selling jewelry and have over 500 different jewelry styles to choose from. We also have a lot of products that are made with similar designs. We want to make it possible for customers to build earring/necklace/bracelet sets without having to go to three or more separate product pages. It would also be ideal if our current promotional discount codes could work on the products in the bundle.

There are a few bundle apps in the app store that create custom pages for sets of products so you can then let your customers pick and choose what they want to add to cart.
Have a look through them and make sure you backup your theme as some of them edit your design so always good to be able to restore if you don’t like an app. https://apps.shopify.com/search?q=bundle

If you’d like customers to be able to build their own jewelry set (for example: necklace + earrings + bracelet, or any mix & match) directly on a single product page, you can try Easify Box Builder — a completely free app that works very well for stores with a large number of products like yours.
Here’s an example I’ve created so you can see how it works:
You can set up mix & match bundles, where customers first choose the box size (for example: buy 3, buy 6, or buy 9 items).
Then, products are added into categories such as necklaces, earrings, rings, etc., all on the same page. Customers simply click “Add” on the styles they like, and the system automatically keeps track of the selected quantity. Once the box is full, they can proceed to checkout.
This way, customers don’t need to open multiple product pages, and the shopping experience becomes much cleaner and more streamlined.
The key point is that Easify applies bundle pricing directly within the app, so any discount codes you’ve already set up in Shopify will continue to work normally at checkout. However you configure discount codes in Shopify, customers can enter and use them the exact same way when purchasing a bundle—just like with a regular product.
