Hi,
I have a store that gets a lot of new products every year, and we discontinue the previous range of products when the new products are added.
We would still like to keep the old range of products to be able to look them up to see details on things like sizes colors etc. therefore we do not delete the old products.
Currently, we hide the old products by removing them from all sales channels and we put them in a separate collection called “Retired-year”.
However, over the years these products have now stacked up and made it difficult when searching for a product when creating an order.
Is there any way to archive products so that we are still able to look them up somehow, but exclude them from the product search when creating orders?
