I would like to ask if all charges like Card Processing Fee are being taxed? If so, Is it being taxed by processing fee gathered by EACH SALE or the total of processing fees gathered by the end-of-day sales? Thanks

Credit card rates for Shopify Payments are not taxed; however, if you’re not using Shopify Payments, then you would be taxed on Transaction Fees as they are a part of your cumulative total on your monthly invoice. Taxes are charged on every invoice, which typically is every month; however, maybe sooner if you hit your accounts threshold limit.
