Are POS "add to cart" and "conversions" included in the site analytics?

Are POS “add to cart” and “conversions” included in the site analytics?

Is there a way to get a report that has “conversions” broken down by “Sales Channel”?

We have had a drop in our “conversion rate” and I am trying to determine the cause.

We have two theories:

  1. We recently changed the way the main menu is displayed and customers are either getting frustrated and leaving or customers can not find the items they are looking for and leave.

  2. (My theory) We recently moved the brick and mortar store’s Shopify POS off of the main site to it’s own site just for the the POS. I need some way to confirm that all POS “add to cart” and POS “conversions” are counted in the main sites analytics and the removal of all POS transactions is causing the drop in “conversion rate”.

POS activity is not tracked under traffic reports. Are you checking Shopify reports or reports provided by Google Analytics or similar tools?

POS “add to cart” and POS “conversions” tracked in Shopify analytics For “add to cart” and “conversions”?

I am using Shopify reports.

No i do not think so. As far as i know only website analytics is being tracked at the moment. But sales in POS are certainly tracked.
