Full payout including shipping cost was deposited into my account. Are the shipping labels paid for already?
When you buy shipping labels through Shopify shipping, the cost is added to your monthly Shopify bill. When it comes time for your monthly bill payment, they will deduct it either from your current Shopify balance or from your bank/credit card (depending on how you setup your billing preference). The bill will include all shipping label, app, and Shopify plan charges for the month.
Has anyone received guidance on this?
