Is the Shop ID from this API https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-rest/2024-04/resources/shop#top is the same as merchant ID?
Based on previous forums that I read, Merchant ID is considered sensitive data and it can only be retrieved by merchant’s through Shopify Support Center.
Given that Merchant ID is a sensitive information, I think the Shop ID is a different ID that accessible to Shopify App Developer but I want to make sure if that this is the case, since the threads I read are years old.
