Seeking a B2B “pay on account” workflow on Shopify without upgrading to Shopify Plus (~£2k/month). Goal: let B2B customers place orders throughout the month and settle a single month-end statement payment (via BACS/EFT or card), rather than paying 10+ individual invoices.
Context: Medium-sized business, 700 items/variants, ~10 existing B2B customers, uses Xero for accounting. SparkLayer is installed for B2B ordering and sales-agent order entry, which solves order capture but not consolidated payment/reconciliation.
Pain point: Current options force either multiple individual invoice payments or manual offline BACS, then manual reconciliation of each order in Xero and separately marking paid in Shopify—too many steps.
Request: Recommendations for a solution that enables consolidated statements and one payment with proper sync to Xero, without Plus and without heavy manual work.
