Are you facing issues with live chat support too?

Has anyone else had issues with the live support? It seems that their live chat quality of service has degraded substantially over the years.

Constant agent disconnects. Takes an hour to solve the simplest issue. They can respond in 5 mins, but if you don’t respond in 2 you get disconnected. Resolution rate seems to be 20%.

Am I the only one experiencing these issues or have others experienced this as well?

Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform! We have a great group of contributors who are always willing to provide their own expertise and experience with regards to Shopify!

With regards to this topic however, we recommend that you reply directly to those email transcripts you receive after each interaction. It should provide you an area to leave a review regarding how the support ticket was handled/resolved. These reviews go directly to the agents you interacted with and their leads so your feedback is immediately heard. Furthermore, if any misunderstandings happen, they are also the best teams to clear it up for us since it includes them.
