I had a shop on Shopify for 3 years. After a year’s break, I decided to reactivate my online shop. I sell wooden toys. So far there have been no problems. So I decided to buy a domain from IONOS and connect it to my shop.
There were problems linking the domain to the shop, which is why I contacted support. There was no help from support, just a parrot-like repetition of my problem in their own words “I understand that you have a problem with your domain…”
They kept redirecting me. Then suddenly a message came that my shop was closed due to violations of the health regulations? I sell certified wooden toys. There were no problems. Which health regulation?
So I contacted support again. There is no reaction. What’s that supposed to mean? Oh yes: Of course Shopify debited my monthly subscription fee.
Does somebody has any idea?
