I am reaching out for assistance regarding configuring multiple GST slabs on our Shopify platform. At OrganicBazar, we deal with a variety of products, each falling under different GST categories, including 0%, 5%, 12%, and 18%. We’ve attempted to set up these tax slabs in Shopify but are encountering issues with proper implementation; the tax rates seem to be getting mixed up.
For context, we previously used WooCommerce, where we were able to configure these tax slabs without any complications. Therefore, we are seeking guidance on how to replicate this setup effectively in Shopify. Any insights or step-by-step instructions would be highly appreciated, as it is crucial for us to ensure accurate tax application on our diverse range of products.
