Assistance Needed: "Requires Update by App Developer" Issue for our App

Hi Shopify Team,
We’ve been receiving user feedback indicating that the app is flagged with a “Requires update by app developer” notice. We believe this may be an error, as our app does not modify the checkout process or any related pages.
Our development team has confirmed that there’s no capability to inject arbitrary code or manipulate the DOM in Shopify’s checkout process. We suspect Shopify might be incorrectly identifying our app as modifying the “Thank you” and “Order Status” pages (see attached screenshot).
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue or direct us to the appropriate team?

Hi Itamar,

If you are 100% sure your app is not making any changes to the Thank You or Order Status pages, you’ll need to contact Developer Support directly (via the Support tab in your partner dashboard) and we’ll be able to investigate this possible false positive.
