Assistance Required with Wisepad 3 Connection to Android Scanner for POS

I am writing to seek assistance with a technical issue I am encountering with the Wisepad 3, which I recently purchased for occasional point of sale use.

We are attempting to integrate the Wisepad 3 with a scanner we utilize in our warehouse, which operates on an Android system. The primary reason for this integration is to leverage the scanner’s ability to read barcodes, which is more efficient for our processes than using a camera.

The point of sale application functions seamlessly on the scanner, enabling us to scan barcodes effectively. However, we are experiencing difficulty in establishing a connection between the scanner and the Wisepad 3. Despite multiple attempts, we receive an error message stating the connection cannot be completed due to “Maybe poor connection.” It is noteworthy that the Wisepad 3 connects without issue to my smartphone, indicating that the device itself is operational.
