Assortion discount app not being applied for cutomers

I need some help to trouble shoot the issue why the multi-quantity discounts by Assortion are not being applied for all customers.

I have checked the settings to make sure it can be applied with other discounts etc and all is set up correctly.

When i run through the sales process on my phone and laptop it is working correctly but then for the majority of orders we are getting, the discounts are not being applied automatically so the customers are not being offered the price that we are advertising with our marketing.

This is causing lots of abandoned carts and less conversion rate.
