Attentive Mobile not getting reliable enough Shopify Data for purchase events.

Hey,

We’ve just started a trial of Attentive Mobile and have integrated it with Shopify. However, the Attentive Mobile people told me that the Shopify data for our products is not reliable enough to accurately use product data for things like segmenting who I send SMS & MMS messages to. They said that if I added a product-specific brand into my automation journeys, the platform will not always accurately recognize the products. This would cause some customers to receive the wrong text message or receive no message at all.

How can I fix this so the Shopify Data is more reliable?
