As of recent changes, we no longer provide a CBD attestation form to merchants looking to sell CBD in the United States. You are now required to comply with the terms outlined over on this page. Due to this, you can continue building your shop as long as you comply with the requirements outlined above.

The best place to start is usually your local agricultural or health department website—they often have specific forms for hemp and CBD sellers.
