I am considering creating a Shopify plugin that acts as a customer feedback widget.

This widget will capture customer feedback and feed into a dashboard which is then analyzed with AI. The dashboard will then return the following data:

  • Main pain-points customers are having with your Shopify store

  • Ways to improve your Shopify store

  • A ranking for Performance, Clarity, Design and Usability

  • Overall Customer Sentiment

If no - why?
