I recently decided to add 3D models and AR to my app. Uploading test files was easy and they instantly started working as rotatable 3D models in the viewer. The “View in your space” button did not show up, though.
My theme is “Refresh” 1.0.0, which seemingly supports AR too, but the button had the "
data-shopify-xr-hidden" attribute. I removed that and the button appeared, but clicking it doesn’t do anything. Can anyone advise what else I could do to get the AR functionality working?
I’m using an iPhone 14 on iOS 16. The AR functionality on a site like https://partandwhole.com/products/chord works without issue on the phone.
