Aus post mypost app not working

We have an Australia warehouse and use the app Australia Post MyPost Business for the shipping rates but it has stopped working and not triggering rates when customers from AUS go to select a shipping method based on there address. How do we fix this? As a work around I have created a fixed rate but this is something that we need resolved immediately.

Hey I am very sorry but if an app is having issues, your best option is to reach out to that app developer. This AMA has experts from Shopify only, not from Australia Post. In the meantime, setting a fixed rate is a good backup option. I hope your app developer is able to help you out with your issue
