The new intergration between Auspost and Shopify. I use flat rate satchels from Australia post, but when I use these exact package sizes in Shopify I get charged parcel rates with Auspost. Shopify does not give me the option to select Auspost flat rate satchel. I used to use Seller Dash, but I need the fulfilment process to fun within the Shopify POS app, never in Shopify Admin as our orders are fulfilled in our retail stores with no access to Shopify admin within the stores POS. Can anyone help with this please.

Shopify’s Australia Post integration only quotes calculated parcel rates and doesn’t let you pick flat rate satchels when buying the label, so it defaults to parcel pricing with no setting to fix it. To get satchel labels you need a dedicated AusPost app connected to your MyPost Business or eParcel account, which auto assigns and prints the right satchel, just confirm your sizes are covered first, since AusPost’s API only exposes Satchel Medium, Large and Extra Large plus the flat rate boxes.
