We are applying for Australian Business Victoria business.vic.gov.au grants for Shopify. The invoice format from the portal is not acceptable. Is any one else facing the same problem??

Just to confirm, are you currently in the process of providing evidence of your subscription fees for your rebate application with the Victorian government?

If this is the case, you can take a look at this document and navigate to page 23 to view an example of what an acceptable invoice from Shopify looks like. This invoice can be downloaded from your store’s Shopify admin by going to Settings > Billing > Recent bills. From there, you can click on the bill you’d like to download, and click on the Download button at the top right hand corner of your page.

If you’re still having issues with providing an accepted invoice for your grant however, you can get in touch with our live support team so that we can investigate this matter further from our end. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums, but you can contact our team via our help centre here. You’ll then need to log in to your store, and select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with the heading ‘Contact support’, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.

Thanks for the reply. However the subscription Bill/invoice is not reflective of my subscription period. still having issues..
