Hello, Email warnings are being given to my customers that the email cannot be verified as to who the sender is. From the Shopify help section I understand that the domain needs to be authenticated by adding 4 new CNAME records to the domain. My domain is registered with Network Solutions. Unfortunately, the Shopify instruction do not match up with the Network Solutions options. T
Shopify provides a “Host Name” and “Value” to add to the CNAME list for my domain on Network Solutions. However, Network Solutions only asks for “Alias” and “Other Host.” I am assuming “Host Name” and “Other Host” are the same, but there is no option for adding “Value.”
Any ideas how to match them up? Thanks!
