When logging in I need to enter the six digit code that has been sent to my number. However, no code is coming through. It is the correct number and I have network signal. What can I do to fix this?

This issue also happened to me before. I couldn’t login to my account for a week. But a week later I tried login again and this time I received the code.

When you go through to the Support link given, you should be able to see an option that says “Can’t log in to your Shopify account”, you can click on this then navigate to “I still can’t access my account” which will take you through to the chat option!

SAME - in the past 2 weeks the codes are NOT going out quickly. I am trying to set up a new device and the code request was sent 6 minutes ago and counting. These need to be sent out instantly and something is going on over there. My phone, network, blah blah are all up to snuff. SUPPORT - PLEASE LET THE TEAM KNOW.
