Authentication error and now I can't access my store at all - still being charged

I am being charged per month for a store I can’t access, because apparently there was an authentication problem. I am trying to get someone live to help me, but I’m going around in circles with this online Help menu. No option to chat, no option to email or call. But I’m being charged per month. Before I go into paypal and start challenging all this, I need some answers. I can’t access anything about my store, I can’t see any option to stop billing, to authenticate, anything. All that shows is that the store is unavailable and that if I am the owner to contact customer support. Can someone help me.

Thanks for reaching out about your concern, and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your account and accessing support.

Are you able to send a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Is your online store showing as unavailable or are you not receiving authentication codes to your device to log in?

If it is to do with authentication, please check your downloads’ folder for a file named “shopify_recovery_codes”. These are spare codes you can use if you aren’t receiving them to your device, you might have downloaded them when you set 2FA login up.

If the store is showing as unavailable, there can be a number of reasons for this. In any case live support would need to assist you here as I don’t have access to specific account information from here. You can access our chat via this link here.
