I recently switched from an Android to iPhone. The authenticator keeps sending my codes to the old phone I don’t have. How do I get a new QR code to set up the authenticator on my new phone?
Are you using an authenticator app? If so, kindly reach out to the app developer so, they can also update your newly connected device on their system. They will be able to further assist you in this matter. For now, while waiting for their response and you need to log in to your Shopify account, you can use your recovery codes.
