Authorization code not working for reviewers dev store

I’ve finished integrating the app, and everything works fine on my dev store, but as i’ve applied to get it published, the stores they’re using to review the app is not authorizing properly, as it always errors with:

{"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"The authorization code was not found or was already used"}

I’ve triple checked and the code is there and only being used once. It works perfectly on my development store.

The request i’m making is a simple post to /admin/oauth/access token with client credentials and code. How can i debug and fix this?
