Is it possible to auto-populate the shipping/delivery address on the checkout page using the customer’s saved address?
I’m looking for a solution that doesn’t require any apps or plugins.

Shopify locks the checkout. Meaning no coding can be done. Unless you are a plus merchant or an app that has been granted access by Shopify to modify the checkout page, im afraid this is not going to be possible.
Not what you wanted to hear I know, wish you could do what your looking for.

Shopify has built-in customer account features that allow customers to save their addresses.
This saved information can then be used to auto-fill the checkout page, making the process easier for your customers…You can choose between Classic Customer Accounts or New Customer Accounts
