Auto responder for dawn registration theme

In the dawn theme how can I set up an auto responder to have the sign up page [ https://providencesilverwholesale.com/password ] send out auto responder with password after customer input information.

PS

Right now I only have the original page in password but I am going to try and customize it a little more.

You can just install app for it, refer: https://apps.shopify.com/yotpo-subscription or https://apps.shopify.com/automizely-messages

It will help you to generate email automatically when customer submit form.
