We work with 15 different license types. When a new contact or lead is created (or meets a trigger), we would like Shopify to automatically send them a draft based upon their license type. License Type is listed in TAG field but we can change if needed. We want Shopify to send one of 15 different drafts or it could create on the fly based upon the license type. We would also be sending the same draft another 2 times in a workflow. Can this be done with Flow or another app or needs customization? If customization, where to go?

Ha, guess I should have posted as a question. Can we set this up as described with Flow or is there more customization required? If more customization required, what would you suggest?
I have no idea. “License type” and “contact/lead” all sound custom to what you are doing, so it’s not clear how you are doing that now. Are you using an app/customer/metafields/etc?
We integrate with Hubspot. We are adding the license type to the Tag field but we can change if needed. Upon new Contact record or trigger, Shopify would see if TAG = License A, send Draft with License A details.
A contact is what in Shopify, a customer? Hubspot has not built a Flow integraton so there isn’t an action or trigger for Hubspot.
You might be able to do something like:
Customer tags added → check if tag == License A → do something.
I’m not sure what action you want to do, though. You say a “draft” but again that’s not a Shopify thing.
Drafts are a Shopify thing. They are open invoices or Drafts as Shopify calls them
Are you talking about Draft Orders? And you want to Send an Invoice on a Draft Order once there is a tag on the Customer? FYI, the word draft is used in many contexts, but also including products drafts. There is a “Send draft invoice” action in Flow that could do that.
