Hi everyone,
I created my first app today, something to automate the “Where is my order” customer emails. Its orchestrated in make.com and fairly simple.
First it receives the emails from the inbox containing phrases like “where is my order”, “tracking number”, “shipment status” or “order update”. Then searches for order details in Shopify and finally generates a reply email.
