I want to automatically send emails to my customers whom have purchased cards that are soon to expire or have a low value remaining in order to drive them to purchase another Gift Card.
Does anybody know of anything that can assist here?
Sounds like you might need a custom app if you’re wanting to check the value of gift cards, but I would try reaching out to an email marketing software like Klaviyo, I remember them having a lot of strong data points and email automations, I used them for years when I ran a store.
