Automate shipping forms

PLEASE HELP! Im currently shipping all my orders from Indonesia using the POS/EMS service.

Each parcel I send I am required to fill out and print the customs shipping label which im doing completely manually at the moment. This is the label I then print and attach to the individual parcels.

Is anyone able to tell me if theres an app or a way I can integrate something to help me with this so the pdf form is automatically generated and perhaps emailed to me instantly as soon as the customer checks out; Its really time consuming doing each form manually

Thank you so much for your response, unfortunately after taking a look into those applications I cant seem to automatically connect the postal service that I am using- its only major companies available to integrate which is not what I require. Im using POS Indonesia which dont seem to have any connection with the major postal services and when I fill out the customs form it needs to be done through their own website platform and is labeled with POS Indonesia.

I did some digging and couldn’t find a direct integration between POS Indonesia and Shopify shipping apps. But I think I found a potential workaround using Zapier. You could set up a zap to generate the customs form automatically when an order is placed, and then email it to you as a PDF. It’s not perfect, but it might save you some time and effort.
