I’m trying to implement a way to offer more shipping options for customers, and would like a single platform to do this through which is simple and easy to use.
We are based in the UK and are using the Basic Shopify plan.
I’d like an app where we can pick which carrier to use for each order (similar to the Shopify Shipping labels section).
We currently have an integration with ‘DHL Parcel’ which offers us good shipping rates.
I recently installed Easyship, but have found I can’t integrated ‘DHL Parcel’ with the platform so we can’t use our negotiated shipping rates.
We also need to be able to ship internationally - we currently just use FedEx for this.
How do other retailers deal with this? I feel like I’m missing something, we really need a simple solution, all in one place, and ideally connect to DHL Parcel (it’s not DHL Express).
Any advice welcome.
