I have a general enquiry regarding an application that we seek to implement for our shopify business..
How can we efficiently automate the process of tracking our orders that goes specifically into three stages:
-Orders that are pending collection by delivery
-When the delivery person receive the order
-When the order is delivered to customer
Can we automate the tracking of these three stages by using a delivery tracking software. Where, initially, the delivery man would scan the number barcodes
of orders and that would imply that ordered is collected
And similarly scanning orders again at the step door of the client to indicate the delivery of items..
Our end goal is to be able to drive analytics from these three stages and to refer to them into one place like dashboard page
How would that application be integrated into our shopify admin.
This mission had eluded to the point that i don’t know what’s the missing piece or how to start with this task as a shopify enthusiast.
Please consider recommending to me any current applications or by giving me any advice as that would surely transit our business into higher
level.
