I have a book shop which is not only yet. To get my books into the shop i want it really efficiently. Now i discovered ISBNdn, but there i have to manually get the ISBN into the input line.

Is there a possibility to scan the book and then transfer automatically into my store?

As far as I know, ISBN is a standard barcode. You can try the “Batch Edit” feature to save the ISBNs of all your products at once.You only need to click once for the whole process, and the rest is just scanning and scanning.

Follow these steps

  1. Select the products ,click “bulk edit”

  2. Click “Columns” in the upper right corner, check the metafield “ISBN” and the column will appear in the table

  3. You can click on the “ISBN” metafield on the first line and scan the ISBN of the book with a barcode scanner, the ISBN will be filled in the input and the cursor will automatically move to the next line as well.

  4. Just keep scanning the barcode corresponding to the book.

  5. Finally, click the “Save” button in the upper right corner
