My customers order products sometimes up to three weeks in advance before their actual pickup date, I would like for them to receive automated reminders for their pickup date & time?
How do I add this feature? Is it available to flow or an app. Please Help
There is a Settings-> Notifications-> Customer notifications-> Ready for local pickup Shopify native notification.

I believe it’s sent when order is marked as ready for pickup.
And you can manually resend it. That’s where you can use Flow to remind you to do it as Flow can send e-mails to you (or pre-defined address), but not your customers (variable address).
