I am having an issue with one of my automatic collections.
So to put this in context, i have a range of products from a brand called ‘hybrid’ and this brand has a more premium like of products called ‘hybrid+’ (the plus + being maybe the issue).
I am trying to create a collection called ‘Hybrid+’ in-which only the premium products are pulled into the collection and so i have already in the product tags inserted a tag (hybrid+). as to identify these specific premium products.
However when creating my automatic collection and using the condition 'product tag must be equal to (hybrid+), then after saving, the list of products in the collection is still showing all the basic (hybrid) products including the premium ones, its not making the distinction between hybrid and hybrid+
how can i solve this?
