Automatic Discount and Discount Not Working for Sale

Hi,

I am trying to run a sale for Sweaters. Buy 3 and get one at 50% OFF. I tried automatic discount and discount codes and both don’t work. I get the error message that the items selected are not eligible for discount. However, there are in the category (sweaters) that is included in the discount. I usually never have an issue. My site is www.beciga.com. Can anyone give me some guidance? The code at checkout is SWEATER22

The discount begins with the FOURTH item in that case.

Trying your site I see there’s a discount now for Buy 2 Get X instead after adding 2 Aztec and 1 Chunk knit sweaters to the cart.
