We sell products at regular prices for standard customers, and discounted prices for our contractors. The discounted prices are calculated individually, as opposed to a set percentage off across the board. We’re looking for a way to have the discounted prices automatically apply on the POS when we sell to a contractor. I’ve attempted to create custom discounts with various apps, using a customer tag that I assigned to all our contractors. So far, the only effect I’ve seen in this endeavor was using the SMART Automatic Discounts app, and it reduced the price of the product to $00.00, instead of the amount I assigned. All the other apps I’ve tried have had seemingly NO effect on the POS terminal, and I’ve tried apps that specifically say they work with POS. I’m starting to lose my patience. Any help would be appreciated.

Another question: Is it possible to make the discounts apply to Buy Buttons as well?
For clarification: We have a Shopify online store for one set of products, and use Squarespace for our other set of products. We utilize the Buy Button app for sales through Squarespace. Will these automatic discounts be applied to Buy Button orders? If so, there must be something else I need to do, because so far the discounts aren’t coming through in the Sqarespace checkout.

We sell all our landscape materials from Squarespace, and if a customer orders more than four yards of one material, their delivery fee is reduced since they’re buying in bulk. I’d like to find a way to have the fee reduced based on the number of items in the cart. Is this something that can be incorporated with Buy Buttons?
