How can I reward customers if they spend in increments of $100 they get automatically sent a $10 dollar gift card or coupon for each increment. This needs to be automatically done I know I can manually send a gift card but on events like BF there will be too much volume

So this can’t be achieved in shopify itself? You must use a 3rd party app? What about Klaviyo?

You can do it easily through a loyalty program and gift card app like 99minds app you can find on the shopify app store. It takes 5-10 minutes to set this up. I have a similar feature in my store where if a customer makes a purchase of 150$ or more they are sent a gift card and also they earn loyalty points.
