Automatic invite customer to activate and create account after purchasing a product

hi is it possible to automatically send an invite of account activation after they purchase a digital product like a course?

I am using this app https://courses-demo.myshopify.com/ the name of the app is courses

I want my customers to purchase first and then after a while they will receive an email of activation of account

and also is ther a liquid varaiable for username and password of the account they have created?

Hi,

Thanks for the question! Courses app helps you to enable customer accounts and set them as required during the installation (Settings > Checkout > Customer accounts > Accounts are required). So every customer will create their account with email / password during their first purchase and will then use it for next purchases and of course to log in to their My Courses dashboard.

Account invitations are only suitable for the case when customer accounts are disabled, but in such case customers will have no option to authorize and access courses right after they complete a purchase (they don’t have an email+password combination yet and so they’ll always be unauthorized / guests).
