Automatic linked product deductions?

HI Team.

I am using a bundling app for my gift packs, which is working very well as the gift packs are stand alone products on shopify with other individual products attached.

What I am looking for is a way to link my packaging to each product automatically, so that they deduct simultaneously and manage the inventory read accurately.

For example, we sell a lot of rings. I want every ring sold to automatically deduct a ring box as well, without having to create 400 new products and then bundling the ring and the box within them. This essentially doubles the amount of products I have in the back end for no reason.

Does this make sense?

Sell one ring, -1 box, without creating a new product and allocating items to it as a bundle.

I have searched high and low and cannot find a solution.

I understand your issue, and this is definitely possible with our app, Profit Bundles. To achieve this, you would need to create a standalone packaging product. This product should be active in Shopify but not published on any sales channel. It will be used as part of the configuration for each bundle where you want packaging to be tracked.
