I am using FLOW to automatically cancel orders that flag as ‘High Risk’ and I would also like to have orders shipping to specific address automatically cancelled as well.
We have been having problems with purchases being made and sent to addresses that we now know are freight forwarders. If I block a specific user, it’s easy enough for them to create a new account, use a different name, use a different e-mail, etc. Or there may be multiple individuals using the same freight forwarder.
So I would like to automatically cancel any/all orders that are shipping to specific addresses. I have tried multiple variations in FLOW but have not yet had any luck with this.
I don’t know if you can do it with Flow but if you’re not able to and still looking for a solution, Order Automator app can do that. The app is customizable so you can do things like cancel if address = X or contains Y. If you can’t find a solution with flow feel free to reach out at orderautomator.com/contact.
It seems like a straight-forward flow, but I have no tried it myself.
Can you share yours – screenshot/export? What kind of problems you have?
What I’m seeing is that using the ‘Formatted_Item’ for the address does not seem to be identifying the addresses that are problems.
I do want to make sure that the address is very specific and include the ‘Address 1’ line as well as at least City and Zip/Postal code to minimize false positives.
