I am working with a small business that uses shopifyplus. They have one shop (retail) and sell online to UK, Channel Islands, USA and hopefully in the future the Middle East. They want to install Automated Returns as current process time consuming and open to error. I can see Shopify has this capability. Just trying to find out what the limitations are if any. Thinking along initiating, tracking, refunding and reporting but could be other areas. Is there a better solution for a company of this size. During sale period c 20 returns a day and then tails of.
Any help greatly welcome. I have read the Shopify docs but they don’t talk about limitations.
