Automating Shipping Carrier and Tracking Number assignment

Hi

Is it possible, with Flow, to fill in the Shipping carrier and the Tracking number?

For context.

We have a tag in the order with the carrier.

And the carrier uses the order name (without #) to generate the tracking link.

We need to use the tag to fill in the Shipping carrier.

And the order name to fill in the Tracking number.

How can we achieve this?
Using Flow or maybe any other way to automate this?

As far as I can tell, there is no API to change those things and thus Flow cannot do anything.
